Description

The Covered Bridge Arts & Music Fest features great food, arts vendors, live music, and a free Kidz Zone. Come visit us in Oneonta, Alabama!

Time

Vendors may set up between 6:30 and 8:30am. Your vehicle must be moved out of the festival area by 8:30am. The festival runs from 9am to 4pm. Vendors must operate until 4pm.

Location

Historic Downtown Oneonta

Vendor booths are located along 1st Avenue East in downtown Oneonta.

Snow Cone Vendors - We have reached capacity for snow cone vendors and are no longer accepting snow cone vendor registrations for the 2024 festival.


Vendor Rules & Information

  • Booth set up time is from 6:30am to 8:30am on Saturday, October 12th. No vehicles will be allowed into the festival area after 8:30am. Please unload items and place in your designated spot, move your vehicle, then return to set up.
  • Vendors must enter the festival area from Highway 75 at 3rd Street. Chamber representatives will be there to check you in and assist you in finding your booth location. 
  • Vendors must furnish any tables, chairs or coverings needed for their booth.
  • Booth areas are paved. No tent stakes can be driven into the ground.
  • Utility service is not provided. Quiet generators are allowed, but must be approved before the event. If you plan to use a generator, indicate the year, make and model on your application. No loud generators allowed.
  • Deadline for registration is Friday, September 27. If space is available after the deadline, we will accept late entries.
  • The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to reject booth applications from vendors that are not in line with the family-friendly nature of this event.
  • All food vendors must provide a certificate of insurance showing coverage of $1 million. The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce must be added as an additional insured (this is a requirement of our insurance carrier).
  • Vendors must list all items you plan to sell. This helps in determining booth position.
  • Vendors must not block the door of a business.
  • Vendors cannot place items on the sidewalks.
  • Vendors must remain in place until close of the event at 4pm.
  • Vendors are responsible for complete clean up of their space. All trash must be placed in cans.
  • The Covered Bridge Festival is a rain or shine event.
  • Vendors will not be allowed to sell or give away live animals at the Covered Bridge Festival.
  • If rules are not followed, a vendor’s participation may be terminated at any time during the event; and their booth registration fee will not be refunded. If a vendor does not follow festival rules, they may not be able to participate in future events.
  • Your registration will not be complete nor will your spot be saved until we have received all required paperwork and payment. If your registration is incomplete, a Chamber staff member will contact you using the contact information you provide on this form.
  • Booth location preference will be given to Chamber members. Contact us for more information on joining!
