Vendors may set up between 6:30 and 8:30am. Your vehicle must be moved out of the festival area by 8:30am. The festival runs from 9am to 4pm. Vendors must operate until 4pm.

The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce is making plans for our Annual Covered Bridge Festival. This year’s festival will be Saturday, October 11, 2025, in historic downtown Oneonta from 9 am to 4 pm. Many activities take place throughout Oneonta and Blount County during the Covered Bridge Festival, with as many as 6,000 people visiting throughout the day. We work diligently planning new events that are sure to draw even more!
The Chamber is now accepting applications. To reserve your booth space, use the registration link or email info@blountoneontachamber.org or jennifer@blountoneontachamber.org to request a copy of the application to print, then send completed form, along with your booth registration fee, to Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce 110 1st Avenue East, Oneonta, AL 35121. You may also drop by the Chamber office to pick up a paper copy. The Chamber accepts online payment by card or mail in payment by check. We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
Registration deadline is 4 pm Friday, September 26, 2025.
Within two weeks of the festival, you will receive an email/letter (or both) detailing your booth number, map, and additional setup information for the Covered Bridge Festival.
ARTS/CRAFTS/COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS/NONPROFITS:
Booth set up time is from 6:30am to 8:30am on Saturday, October 11th. No vehicles will be allowed into the festival area after 8:30am. Please unload items and place them in your designated spot, move your vehicle, then return to set up.
Arts/Crafts/Business/Nonprofits Vendors must enter the festival area from Highway 75 at 3rd Street to set up on 1st Ave. Chamber representatives will be there to check you in and assist you in finding your booth location. We will have some designated parking spots for vendors but those are limited.
Nonprofits who are members of the chamber will be provided a 10x10 spot on 1st Ave. for free. Non chamber members will need to pay $25.00 for a 10 x 10 spot on 1st Ave.
Vendors must furnish any tables, chairs or coverings needed for their booth.
Booth areas are paved. No tent stakes can be driven into the ground.
Utility service is not provided. Quiet generators are allowed, but must be approved before the event. If you plan to use a generator, indicate the year, make and model on your application. No loud generators allowed.
The deadline for registration is Friday, September 27. If space is available after the deadline, we will accept late entries. Call 205-274-2153 to see if space is available
The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to reject booth applications from vendors that are not in line with the family-friendly nature of this event.
Vendors must list all items you plan to sell. This helps in determining booth position.
Vendors must not block the door of a business.
Vendors cannot place items on the sidewalks.
Vendors must remain in place until close of the event at 4pm.
Vendors are responsible for complete clean up of their space. All trash must be placed in cans provided by the City of Oneonta.
Vendors will not be allowed to sell or give away live animals at the Covered Bridge Festival.
If rules are not followed, a vendor’s participation may be terminated at any time during the event; and their booth registration fee will not be refunded. If a vendor does not follow festival rules, they may not be able to participate in future events.
The Covered Bridge Festival is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!
FOOD BOOTHS/TRUCKS: WILL BE LOCATED ON RAILROAD BLVD. IN OUR FOOD COURT AREA
You will enter from a different location and not Highway 75, 3rd Street entrance for arts and crafts vendors. A map and more detailed information will be provided.
Commercial food booths/trucks are required to attach a certificate of insurance with the completed application showing coverage of $1million. The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce must be added as an additional insured. (This is a requirement of our insurance carrier). Power is available on Railroad Blvd for $25.00. Please indicate on your application if you would like to purchase power and the voltage needed (110 or 220).
No water is provided.
